at the registration table, lobby of the Portland Doubletree Hotel.        

Morning: 8:15am - 9:00am - only for those taking TH - Thursday, Oct. 25th
all-day or morning classes.

Afternoon: 12:30 - 1:00pm - only for those taking TH - Thursday, Oct. 25th
afternoon classes

Evening: 5:00pm - 7:00pm - General Registration

THURSDAY EVENING: Be sure to attend our Welcome Gathering and General Registration. We will host a causal wine-and-cheese get-together in the lobby of the Portland Doubletree Hotel during general registration.

FRIDAY EVENING: Our group will meet at the Portland Doubletree Hotel room for a get-acquainted dinner and slide show presentation. (Dinner tickets are included with your full registration. Guest tickets are available at registration.)
6:30 Cocktails, 7:00 Dinner

SATURDAY EVENING: “Info Night” and “Show and Sell” take place from 4:00pm to 6:00pm in the hotel lobby, where there will be tables and a slide projector available for those who would like to show slides of their work or sell items they have made. This is a great opportunity to network with other attendees.

“Info Night” is a new event that features “Short Order” lectures, demos and Q and A sessions on a variety of subjects. Some of the presenters will be:

Info night's featured presentation will be a special
"glass tapestry" and demonstration by David Alcala.

SUNDAY EVENING: Come to our grand farewell COSTUME party with great door prizes, a delectable dinner banquet and music for your listening and dancing pleasure. Several of our attendees and teachers get in on the act and perform with the band. Another great night of fun! (Dinner tickets are included with your full registration. Guest tickets are available at registration.)

6:30 No-Host Cocktails, 7:00 Dinner

HOT GLASS HORIZONS STUDENT STORE: We provide a student store where many of the materials, equipment, and tools used in the classes will be available for purchase. Kilns and Murphy Fire Buckets used in the classes are sold at the end of the show for a discounted price. Works of art provided by some of the teachers and sheets of dichroic glass will also be for sale. The store is open during lunch and after class.
